Register Your Dealership
Complete the online dealer registration with your OMVIC dealer number, business details, and contact information. Accounts are reviewed and approved before auction access is granted.
Browse Upcoming Lots
Preview all vehicles before the auction opens. View full photo galleries, VIN, mileage, condition disclosures, high-value features, and damage reports. Add vehicles to your watchlist for quick access on auction day.
Bid Live — Online or In Person
Join the live auction from your desktop, mobile device or attend in person at our central Toronto facility.
Invoice, Pay & Pick Up
Winning bids generate an invoice through our customized dashboard. We accept all forms of payment and can help facilitate transportation if required.
Submit Your Vehicles
Consign inventory through your dealer account. Provide vehicle details, VIN, mileage, and any known disclosures. Our team will confirm scheduling and lot assignment for the next available auction date.
Photos & Condition Report
Vehicles are photographed and inspected on-site by our trained staff, ensuring accurate representation, reducing arbitration, and helping your vehicles sell with confidence.
Set Your Reserve
Set your reserve price to ensure your vehicle sells only at a value you’re comfortable with, giving you full control over every transaction.
Receive Payment
Once the buyer completes payment, proceeds are remitted to your account net of applicable seller’s fees. Our team handles the transaction and notifies you when funds are cleared and the vehicle is collected.

What You Need
Registration Requirements
Valid OMVIC Dealer Registration REQUIRED
Only registered Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) dealers are eligible for a dealer account. Your dealer registration number is verified during sign-up.
Business Information REQUIRED
Registered business name, dealership address, and HST number are required to complete the dealer registration form.
Primary Contact & Photo ID REQUIRED
The primary account holder must provide a valid government-issued photo ID. Additional representatives can be added to the account after approval.
Account Approval
Dealer accounts are reviewed by our team before access is granted. Approval typically occurs within one business day. You will be notified by email once your account is active.
